PRVI KONGRES EVROPSKE ŠAHOVSKE FEDERACIJE POČEO SA RADOM

The 1st ECU Congress started today in Hotel Princess in Bar/Montenegro, with the ECU Events Commission meeting.

Prvi kongres ECU počeo je danas sa radom u Hotelu Princess u Baru u Crnoj Gori sa sastankom Takmičarske komisije.

The meeting started at 10.00 am in the Conference room of the Hotel Princess, and was attended by the ECU Secretary General, members of the Events Commission, as well as the members of other ECU Commissions and Federations delegates.

Sastanak je počeo u 10,00 časova u Konferencijskoj Sali Hotela Princess u prisustvu Generalnog sekretara ECU Theodoros Tsorbatzogloua iz Grčke, članova komisije ali I članova drugih komisija I delegata.

The Chairman of the ECU Commission, Mr. Gunnar Bjornsson from Iceland greeted all the present and thanked the Montenegro Chess Federation for their hospitality and great organization.

Predsjednik Komisije Gunnar Bjornsson  sa Islanda je pozdravio prisustne I zahvalio se Crnogorskoj šahovskoj federaciji na gostoprimstvu I dobroj organizaciji.

Mr. Bjornsson stated that the main aim of the ECU Commission should be to establish the proper groundwork for the successful organization and carrying out the ECU events, and in this manner the meeting continued.

Mr Brornsson je naglasio da je glavni cilj ove komisije da obezbjedi dobre uslove za uspješnu organizaciju I održavanje takmičenja iz kalendara ECU-a i u ovom tonu je nastavljen rad komisije.

The ECU Tournament Rules and proposals regarding this issue were discussed at the meeting.

Predlozi turnirskih pravila su izazvali veoma dinamičnu diskusiju.

After the lunch break, the session continued with the Arbiter’s Council meeting, chaired by IA AshotVardapetyan.

Nakon pauze za ručak program je nastavljen sa sastankom sudijske komisije koju je vodio međunarodni sudija  Ashot Vardapetyan iz Jermenije.
