Players from all countries can participate in the Open Tournament (Open A & Open B).
For players from countries that are members of the Mediterranean Chess Association (MCA), Organizer will cover the accommodation costs in double room with full board for one invited player (man or woman), from each country, who must be registered by the National Federation.
Registration
Registration deadline is 18th May 2026.
Each participant must pay the registration fee in the following amount (after the registration deadline, all fees will be increased by 50 EUR):
The registration fee includes an organizational fee of 20 EUR, which is paid to the Mediterranean Chess Association.
Confirmation of the participation should be done by the 4th July 2026 until 11:00 hours.
For the Mediterranean Rapid Championship 2026 – U14 & U20, an organizational fee of 10 EUR payable to the Mediterranean Chess Association will be charged if players participate in the Open A or Open B tournament. Players who do not participate in the Open tournaments must pay a fee of 30 EUR.
