The tournament will be played using the Swiss System over 9 rounds.
Time Control will be 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30 second increment per move from the first move.
Tie-Breaks:
a) Results of direct encounters (if applicable);
b) Buchholz Cut 1;
c) Buchholz;
d) Greater number of games played with black;
e) Greater number of wins;
FIDE Titles and Norms will be awarded in accordance with FIDE regulations.
Anti-cheating measures and guidelines will be valid. During the championship random AC inspections are possible.

Type of Clock: Organizer will provide chess clocks approved by FIDE (DGT 3000)
Electronic Devices, Wrist Watches & Pens: Mobile Phones, Electronic Devices, Wrist Watches (all types of wrist watches) are prohibited inside the tournament hall.
Sightseeing: guided tours and excursion will be announced on the website
Appeals & Appeals Committee
Protests against decisions of the Chief Arbiter or his assistants must be submitted in written form to the Chairman of the appeals committee within 30 minutes after the completion of the respective game. The player may appeal even after signing the scoresheet. The protest must be accompanied with the sum of 200 € as a deposit from the signatory. The deposit must be handed to the Chairman of the appeals committee. If the appeal is granted, the sum shall be returned immediately. If the appeal is refused, the deposit is forfeited to the Organizer.
