Registration

All players shall register until the 5th June 2026 (application deadline). The official registration form shall be filled in at sent to official email of the championship not later than application deadline 5th June 2026.

At the latest by the 5th June 2026 the complete amount of fees + 50% of the total accommodation cost must be transferred to the bank account of the Technical Organizer: Lalatovic Travel D.O.O. Budva. Full payment for the hotel accommodation must be completed no later than 5th July 2026.

The foreign bank commissions must be paid by the sender. If not, the respective amount will be charged and should be paid upon arrival.

Fees

In accordance with ECU regulations, ECU entry fee of 65 € for the first player in each category from each federation should be paid before the start of the tournament. For each additional player from each Federation, a fee of 130 EUR should be paid before the start of the tournament.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the ECU entry fee and should not receive such sums from the National Federations. According to the ECU regulations, National Federations are obliged to make the payment of the ECU fees before the start of the championship directly to the account of the European Chess Union:

Organizing Fee.
Each participant (player, acc. person, head of delegation, coach, etc.) must pay an organizing fee of €120 to confirm their participation. This fee must be paid to the organizer’s bank account by the registration deadline 5th June 2026.
