Th e European Chess Union (ECU), International School Chess Union (ISCU) and Montenegro Chess Federation (MCF), have the honour of inviting all National Chess Federations of the European Chess Union and eligible players in the EUROPEAN SCHOOL CHESS INDIVIDUAL CUP 2019 on combined system (classic, rapid, blitz) organised in Ulcinj, Montenegro from 11 October (arrivals) to 20 October 2019 (departures). Competitions are provided as test tournament during 2018-2020 years and in case of success will be included in ECU Regulations.
