The Montenegro Chess Federation (MCF), under the patronage of the Mediterranean Chess Association (MCA), the Ministry of Sports of Montenegro and the Municipality of Budva organize MONTENEGRO OPEN & MEDITERRANEAN OPEN & WOMEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nfor players rated 2000 and more rating points<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

\nfor players rated below 2000 rating points<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The tournament will be held in Budva, Srednja mjesovita skola \u201cDanilo Kis\u201d starting on 4th July till the 11th July 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
<\/div>

Players from all countries can participate in the Open Tournament (Open A & Open B).<\/p>\n

For players from countries that are members of the Mediterranean Chess Association (MCA), Organizer will cover the accommodation costs in double room with full board for one invited player (man or woman),<\/strong> from each country, who must be registered by the National Federation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
